As a pet parent, the last thing you want to worry about when your fur baby gets sick or injured is affording treatment. That's where GapOnly® comes in. GapOnly® simplifies the pet insurance claims process by reviewing and calculating your claim while you're at the vet. 

Once approved, you'll only have to pay the gap (the difference between the eligible vet's invoice and your claim benefit under your policy).^

How to claim with GapOnly®?

  1. Find a participating GapOnly® vet.

  2. You can request pre-approval to check if your pet's proposed treatment will be covered before it takes place.

  3. Let your vet know you'd like to submit a GapOnly® claim for your pet's treatment.

  4. Whilst at the veterinary clinic, ask the vet to submit a GapOnly® claim on your behalf, which is then processed in around 5 minutes.

  5. Once the claim has been assessed and approved, you simply will only need to pay the gap^ and go.
