As Tasmania deals with rising COVID-19 cases, we want to assure our members we are here for them.
While the predicted scale of the latest COVID-19 wave may have some impact on our services over the coming weeks and months, we want you to know we're doing our best to minimise disruptions when you need us most.
We have a number of measures in place to ensure our employees and members are kept as safe as possible. Our retail stores, driver training and roadside assistance all continue to operate with the highest practicable levels of safety precautions, including the use of the TAS Check In app, PPE, social distancing and strict cleaning practices.
Our contact centre remains open to take calls from our members but please be patient as staffing shortages due to isolation and sickness have an impact on wait times.
Our online channels, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and the website will continue to be updated regularly, providing advice and support to members about road conditions, weather events, and fuel prices.
Our roadside and after hours claims emergency services will still be available 24/7, and you can get an insurance quote, make a payment or lodge a claim online at any time.
